Final Reflection
Taking a photoshop class was an eye-opening experience. While the software initially appeared daunting, with endless menus and sometimes cryptic tools, this class really helped unravel photoshops potential.
The initial lessons focused on laying the groundwork for a creative playground. gradually with each project I was able to manipulate colors, add texts, apply filters, and transform ordinary photos.
There were a lot of moments that required patience and practice. Such as, masking and creating realistic reflections. Though I overcame these hurdles, the class videos and text really helped me hone in on the skill of it all. This class has given me a deeper appreciation for visual communication.
I have had Professor Shipova for multiple classes now and have enjoyed every single one. I continue to learn new things and I am able to have creative freedom. I wasn’t able to make it to actual class meetings but the recorded videos helped so much and I made sure to watch every single one. She makes it interesting, educational, and fun!
